Proprietary information must be clearly marked. Personnel may require security and access compliance, including base identification, background checks, Antiterrorism Awareness, and OPSEC training. Contractor employees performing IA/IT functions may need certification. A Quality Control Plan (QCP) and a designated Contract Manager (CM) are required. All documents and materials produced will be Government-owned.
