Scope of Work

- Infrastructure: Availability of all communications infrastructure (DSL, T1, or satellite dish).
- Parking: 24-hour lighted parking for up to eleven government vehicles and adequate parking for privately owned vehicles onsite or within a 4-block radius.
- Location: Within the delineated area bounded by Pearl City District Park (North), Blaisdell Park (South), Pearl Highlands Center (East), and Pearlridge Center (West).
- Construction: Lessor is responsible for designing and building alterations according to the detailed Construction & Security Specifications for Military Recruiting Facilities (Exhibit D).
