Scope of Work
The BOA will facilitate the provision of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to various Continental United States (CONUS) Department of Defense and Federal Civilian installations. This includes, but is not limited to, the US Air Force, US Department of Agriculture, NASA, NREL, NETL, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Department of Interior, Environmental Protection Agency, US Patent & Trade Office, US Census Bureau, Department of Transportation, Indian Health Services, Food & Drug Administration, Bureau of Indian Affairs, National Institutes of Health, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and Department of Treasury.
Contract & Timeline

Evaluation
