The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, Electricity Team intends to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). This includes, but is not limited to, the US Air Force, US Department of Agriculture, NASA, NREL, NETL, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Department of Interior, Environmental Protection Agency, US Patent & Trade Office, US Census Bureau, Department of Transportation, Indian Health Services, Food & Drug Administration, Bureau of Indian Affairs, National Institutes of Health, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and Department of Treasury.

Contract & Timeline
