Sources Sought / Market Research

This document is a Sources Sought Technical Description for Services issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss. Its purpose is to conduct market research to identify parties interested in and capable of providing Recycling Services for the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Bliss, Texas.
