Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Red Canyon Visitor Center (approximately 2,700 sq ft interior) and its associated exterior restrooms (approximately 500 sq ft). Services include sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces, dusting, trash removal, window cleaning, and restocking supplies. Services are required daily for restrooms and weekly for the Visitor Center during the regular season (May 1 - September 30), and three times per week for restrooms and weekly for the Visitor Center during the winter season (March 26 - April 30 & October 1 - November 15). All services must be performed outside regular business hours (1800-0800), including holidays. The contractor must furnish all labor, supplies (except Government-furnished property like keys and dumpsters), and equipment, with a strong emphasis on using bio-based products.

Evaluation will prioritize the highest technically rated offer with fair and reasonable pricing and acceptable or neutral past performance; award will not necessarily go to the lowest-priced offeror.
