Scope of Work
This requirement involves the machining of two (2) each of RDSX-102-001 FRONT APERTURE.STEP and two (2) each of RDSX-154 REAR APERTURE.STEP. Key requirements include:
- Completion of work within 35 business days of award.
- Adherence to geometric dimensions and tolerances specified in drawings.
- Utilization of customer-supplied 17-4 PH stainless steel alloy in H1150 heat treat condition.
- Performance of stress relief heat treat per SAE AMS2759/11.
- Achievement of a smallest roughness of 125uin/3.2um Ra.
- Bag and Tag services for parts.
- Provision of a Formal Inspection with Dimensional Report.
- Submission of Certificates and Supplier Qualifications, including ITAR/EAR Registration, Finishing Certification, and Certificate of Conformance.
- Customer will perform EDM work; parts are to be finish machined with .125" stock remaining for windows.
- Specific print exceptions apply, including machining to .125" before stress relief, no passivation, and customer performing lapping.
- CAD and mechanical drawing files will be provided upon request to verified US Persons with a box.com account.
