Scope of Work
The contractor will provide:
- One (1) 40' refrigerated container and one (1) 40' freezer container at Camp Mujuk.
- One (1) 40' refrigerated container and one (1) 40' freezer container at RLFC.
- Delivery, installation, leveling, securing, and connection of all units to continuous power.
- All units must be fully operational by February 15, 2026, 0900 KST.
- Maintain required temperatures: 0°C to 4°C for refrigerated units; -23°C to -18°C for freezer units.
- Provide a 24/7 emergency support contact with a 4-hour response time for service interruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all Republic of Korea (ROK) business licensing requirements.
- Provide all necessary power generation and infrastructure for continuous operation.
Contract Details

- Period of Performance: February 15, 2026 – April 1, 2026
- Pricing: All prices must be submitted in Korean Won (KRW) and rounded to the nearest whole KRW.
- Quote Validity: Quotations must remain valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.
