This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for refurbishing the floor of Wash Rack F129 at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

• Removal of existing floor coating, joint sealant, and repair of cracks.

• Installation of a new high-performance, UFC-compliant floor coating and joint sealant.

• Repair of cracks, spalling, chips, and uneven concrete.

• Development and implementation of a floor striping plan in accordance with UFC 4-211-01 and local base safety regulations.

• Protection of existing structures, equipment, utilities, and improvements.

• Strict adherence to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control procedures.

• Protection of static grounding receptacles.

• Sealing and protection of all floor and trench drains.

• Floor coating must be rated for aviation hangar and wash rack environments, providing 100% resistance to aviation hydraulic fluids (including Skydrol), JP-8 aviation fuel, and standard aircraft cleaning solvents.

• Floor coating attributes must include abrasion resistance, impact resistance, high light reflectance value (LRV), chemical resistance, and slip resistance.
