- Installation/replacement of ceramic and new wall tiles, doors, and windows.
- Upgrades to hydraulic and sanitary systems (pipes, pumps, valves). The work is to commence within 60 calendar days and be completed within 90 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

Eligibility & Submission
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to submission and demonstrate technical qualification and financial responsibility. Key requirements include having an established business in Ecuador (or a plan to establish one within 30 days of award), prior construction experience, and proficiency in English. Bidders must also possess all necessary permits and licenses for construction in Ecuador, and provide a plan for obtaining authorization to operate and addressing visa issues. Performance Bond (SF 25) and Payment Bond (SF 25A) are required, along with an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILOC) totaling 40% of the contract value.
Quotations must be submitted electronically to ruedavj@state.gov in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. Individual files must not exceed 30MB; larger submissions should be sent in separate emails.
