Submission & Evaluation
Vendors are required to provide their SAM.GOV UEI# and verify an active IPP.GOV account with their quotes. Vendors not active in either system will not be considered. Invoices are to be uploaded to IPP.GOV monthly. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 are incorporated by reference.
Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must be qualified, with a designated Project Manager as a single point of contact. Employees require proper identification and must adhere to conduct and safety regulations. A Contractor Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Safety Plan must be developed and submitted. Licenses, permits, and insurance are required, and the contractor is responsible for any damages or injuries due to their operations. Valid Government or State issued I.D. is required for all contracted employees on site.
