Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and supervision necessary for comprehensive solid waste management. This includes:
- Integrated Solid Waste Management: Collection and disposal of refuse, recyclables, and Construction & Demolition (C&D) debris, based on estimated workloads (Appendix A).
- Container Management: Positioning, maintenance, and cleaning of collection areas (within a 10-foot radius).
- C&D Debris: Provision of additional roll-off containers for unscheduled C&D debris collection.
- Disposal: Transportation and disposal of all solid waste and recyclable materials at licensed off-site facilities, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Reporting: Monthly reports detailing total tonnage of solid waste (refuse and C&D), landfill tipping fees, weight tickets, and recyclable materials tonnage.

Response Requirements
Interested prime contractors must submit the following:
- A positive statement of intent to submit a proposal, including how anticipated subcontractors would be selected and their responsibilities.
- Dated letter, certification, or registration evidencing 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, and/or SDVOSB participation/certification.
- Evidence of successful performance within the past three (3) years for no more than five (5) similar contract efforts, including requirements, amounts, performance periods, and points of contact.
- A general description (not exceeding two pages) of the prime contractor’s Safety and Quality Control methodologies.
