The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform refuse services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period beginning 1 January 2026 (or subsequent date) and four (4) 12-month option periods as defined in the contract with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months.
