Scope of Work
This solicitation is for a Task Order under an existing MATOC contract to perform and document routine road bridge inspections and NSTM road bridge inspections. Key requirements include:
- Conduct inspections in conformance with FHWA Publication No. FHWA-HIF-22-017 (SNBI) and USDA Forest Service Bridge Inspection Guide (BIG) Version 3.1-INTERIM 2024.
- Submit reports via the AssetIntelTM inspectX™ bridge management system.
- Personnel must be supervised by a licensed Professional Structural or Civil Engineer with relevant inspection experience.
- Implement traffic control measures compliant with MUTCD standards, with limitations on vehicle delay.
- Report Critical Findings immediately to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- The base bid item covers 14 NSTM Road Bridge Inspections with Concurrent Routine Inspection and reports (ladder access).

Submission & Deliverables

Additional Notes
All NSTM and concurrent routine inspections must be performed within 24 months plus 30 days of the last inspection. Government-furnished property/services may include previous inspection reports and guides.
