Scope of Work

This solicitation is for a Task Order under an existing MATOC contract to perform and document routine road bridge inspections and NSTM road bridge inspections. Key requirements include:

  • Conduct inspections in conformance with FHWA Publication No. FHWA-HIF-22-017 (SNBI) and USDA Forest Service Bridge Inspection Guide (BIG) Version 3.1-INTERIM 2024.
  • Submit reports via the AssetIntelTM inspectX™ bridge management system.
  • Personnel must be supervised by a licensed Professional Structural or Civil Engineer with relevant inspection experience.
  • Implement traffic control measures compliant with MUTCD standards, with limitations on vehicle delay.
  • Report Critical Findings immediately to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • The base bid item covers 14 NSTM Road Bridge Inspections with Concurrent Routine Inspection and reports (ladder access).
