Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other necessary items for comprehensive Integrated Solid Waste Management services. This encompasses both Recurring and Non-Recurring Work Items. Services will be required at numerous installations, including but not limited to:

- United States Naval Observatory (USNO), Washington, D.C.
