Services include environmental sampling, field and laboratory testing, spill containment, cleanup, mitigation, transport and disposal of US Government generated OHS, consulting, surveying, and groundwater/storm water monitoring. Training exercises for spill response are also required. The contract is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based contract.
