The purpose of this requirement is to provide guard and patrol services for Naval District Washington (NDW). Naval Support Activity, Washington: Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Washington Navy Yard (WNY) Washington, DC, Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), (WNY) Washington, DC, Naval Support Facility Carderock, West Bethesda, MD, Naval Support Facility, Arlington, VA, Naval Support Activity, Annapolis for NRL, CBD, Naval Research Laboratory, Chesapeake Bay Detachment (CBD), Chesapeake Beach, MD and Naval Support Activity Bethesda. Services shall be performed at various Government Facilities in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC and within a 100-mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard by means of a combination Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items.
