Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Regional Switchboard Services to support U.S. embassies and consulates throughout Europe. The government intends to award multiple firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts, up to a maximum of two, though only one may be awarded based on evaluation results. Task orders will be issued under these contracts, with continued competition among awardees for each task order.

• The solicitation outlines the Statement of Work (SOW), applicable clauses, performance obligations, and conditions governing the contract. Offerors must demonstrate a clear and feasible approach to meeting all stated performance, delivery, and compliance obligations.
