  • Collection, disposal, and incineration of RMW, including Pathological Waste, Human Blood and Blood Products, Cultures and Stocks of Infectious Agents, Contaminated Sharps, Isolation Wastes, and Contaminated Animal Carcasses.
  • Transport of SMW to an approved offsite incinerator and RMW to an approved, secure landfill.
  • Compliance with MEDCOM Regulation 40-35 and all Federal, State, and local laws, including ASTM 1709 and Maryland DOT 1999 standards for bags.
  • Provision of signed manifests, destruction reports, and weight tickets.
  • Maintenance of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and adherence to the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) standards, which include 100% AQL for manifest provision, destruction reports, and weight tickets.
