• Long-Term Contract Interest: Questions about interest in pursuing an LTC, preferred contract duration (3-year base with option years), and potential quantity price breaks.
• Cost or Pricing Data: Understanding of requirements for certified cost or pricing data, past submission history, and ability to provide subcontractor data or obtain data from manufacturers.
• Commercial Questions: Determination of whether items are commercial per FAR 2.101(b) and willingness to provide evidence of commercial sales to verify price reasonableness.
• Delivery Questions: Information on production limitations and whether minimum delivery order quantities or dollar values apply.
• Additional Input: An open section for any further information relevant to acquisition strategy and solicitation development.

This questionnaire is crucial for potential bidders to understand DLA's preliminary thinking regarding an upcoming LTC. Completing and returning the survey (within 5 business days of receipt) allows vendors to provide input that could shape the final solicitation, influencing contract terms, requirements, and potentially pricing structures. It also serves as an initial step for DLA to assess market capabilities and interest.

This document is a spreadsheet containing market research data for specific National Stock Numbers (NSNs). It is intended to gather information from potential sources regarding their ability to supply these items.

• NSN & Nomenclature: Identifies the specific item being researched (e.g., REGULATOR VOLTAGE).
• CAGE Code & Approved Company/Source: Lists the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and the name of the approved company or source.
• Part Number / Drawing Number: Specifies the part or drawing number associated with the NSN.
• AMS / AMSC: Indicates the Acquisition Method Suffix and Acquisition Method Suffix Code.
• NAICS Code: Provides the North American Industry Classification System code relevant to the item.
• Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ): The estimated quantity needed annually.
• Quantity Price Break Ranges: Fields for contractors to enter their proposed quantity ranges and corresponding prices.
• Estimated Delivery: Expected delivery time in days.
• Maximum Qty. & Maximum Qty. Delivery: Maximum quantity that can be supplied and its delivery timeframe.
• Minimum Quantity: Indicates if a minimum quantity requirement applies.
• Quantity Sensitive: Whether the items are quantity sensitive.
• Manufacturer Information: Questions to determine if the respondent is the actual manufacturer and, if not, the name and CAGE code of the actual manufacturer.

This spreadsheet serves as a tool for potential bidders to provide crucial pricing and capability information for specific NSNs. Bidders should review the listed NSNs and fill in the "Contractor Fill-in Information" columns to indicate their ability to supply, pricing structures, delivery capabilities, and manufacturing status. This data will inform the government's procurement strategy.
