Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, tools, and materials for the complete demolition and renovation of five UPH bathrooms. This includes:
- Full gutting of each bathroom.
- Installation of new plumbing and electrical systems.
- Installation of new shower pans, tile, drywall, vanities, toilets, light fixtures, mirrors, sliding glass shower doors, paint, and baseboards.
