To provide all supervision, labor, tools, and materials for the complete demolition and renovation of five Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) bathrooms at U.S. Coast Guard Station Dauphin Island, AL.

• Full gutting of each bathroom.

• Installation of new plumbing and electrical systems.

• Installation of new shower pans, tile, vanities, toilets, and light fixtures.

• Installation of specified items including sliding glass shower doors, paint, and baseboards.

• Adherence to site security, safety, cleanup, and environmental protocols.

• Environmental: Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws (e.g., ESA, RCRA) is mandatory. Project-generated waste must be recycled or disposed of per RCRA. Hazardous waste management requires Coast Guard approval.
