Key Requirements & Instructions

Offerors must provide an estimated repair price for the full effort. For repair, vendors will have 90 days after carcass receipt to complete a teardown & evaluation (TD&E) and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote. Quotes must include the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation purposes and detail:

  • Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) (Requested RTAT: 628 Days)

  • Induction Expiration Date Price reductions will be applied for failure to meet the required RTAT. If the offeror is not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), the OEM's name, CAGE, and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor are required.
