The agency is seeking information on potential sources, their manufacturing locations, and points of contact. Responses are due March 27, 2026.

Scope of Work

DLA Land and Maritime requests interested parties to provide details of manufacturers capable of producing the specified Electromagnet Relays. This includes the manufacturer's location (City and State or country) and any available Points of Contact (POCs). Source Approval Request (SAR) Program

Companies wishing to become an "Approved Source" for these items may submit an application package through the DLA Land and Maritime Alternate Offer / Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. A SAR package requires technical data demonstrating the prospective contractor's ability to manufacture the product to the same or higher quality standards as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor is responsible for documenting and demonstrating their product's equivalence or superiority to currently approved items. Further information and detailed instructions for the SAR program are available on the DLA Land and Maritime website under "Alternate Offer/Source Approval Program" (http://www.dla.mil/LandandMaritime/Business/Selling/Alternate-Offers/).
