• Waivers/Deviations: Requests for delivery date extensions or waivers/deviations on critical contracts must include justification and an evaluation demonstrating no impact on quality, form, fit, or function.
• DD Form 1423: Detailed instructions are provided for completing DD Form 1423, including explanations of blocks related to data item descriptions, submission, inspection, acceptance, distribution statements (A-F), frequency, and pricing groups (Group I-IV).
• Certificate of Compliance: A Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 is required at the time of material delivery to NAVSUP-WSS code N9433 for each unique combination of Contract/Purchase Order Number, National Stock Number, and Item Nomenclature.
