Scope of Work

- Relocation Services: Disconnecting, preparing, packing, transporting, delivering, and placing designated items from the current facility (600 Doctor Martin Luther King Jr Place, Louisville, KY 40206) to the new location (2708 River Green Circle, Louisville, KY 40206).
- Decommissioning Services: Dismantling and removing office furniture, cubicles, fixtures, and other designated materials, leaving the existing facility in a clean, broom-swept condition.
- Exclusions: Handling of weapons, ammunition, controlled substances, hazardous materials, structural repairs, or storage services.
