  • Place of Performance: The remanufacturing work will be performed at the contractor's facility, with final delivery to DLA DISTRIBUTION DEPOT OKLAHOMA, TINKER AFB, OK.
  • Pricing: Pricing is held firm for 120 days.

Submission & Evaluation

  • Proposals Due: July 8, 2026, by close of business.
  • Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest total evaluated price. Proposals will be assessed for completeness, price reasonableness, and unbalanced pricing. Incomplete proposals may be deemed ineligible.
