Engineering source approval by the design control activity is required. The contracting officer is not obligated to delay award for new qualifications (FAR 9.202(e)).
Technical Data & Questions
To receive technical data during the pre-solicitation phase, offerors must email AFLCMC.LZP.PUBSALES@us.af.mil. Requests must be on company letterhead, include the solicitation number, specific data needed (TO/drawing numbers), and a copy of the current, approved DD Form 2345.
