Contractor Requirements

Contractors must demonstrate experience in excavation and earthmoving, ability to operate heavy equipment safely in confined areas, and experience with deep excavation projects (at least 3 meters). Personnel must comply with Embassy security requirements and have appropriate training. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, including excavators/backhoes capable of 3-meter depth, and dump trucks fitting a 2.7m wide x 3.3m high gate.
