Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To furnish, install, and configure a complete remote chlorine monitoring system at nine (9) locations within Cuyahoga Valley National Park to ensure daily free-chlorine residual testing for public water systems.

• Provide and install reagentless chlorine analyzers/sensors, RTU/field controllers, and a cloud-based platform (Mission Communications or iQ2).

• Integrate with existing Mission Communications telemetry or implement the iQ2 platform.

• Ensure continuous monitoring, secure cloud-based telemetry, and alarm notifications.

• Install dedicated 120 VAC power outlets at three locations.

• Establish remote connectivity via secure cellular telemetry.

• Connect sample lines to NPS-approved potable water piping.

• Configure systems for real-time data, trending, historical data, and alarm notifications.

• Provide training for federal personnel on system operation and maintenance.

• Continuous 24/7 monitoring with ≤5% downtime.

• Data transmission latency <5 minutes.

• Alarm generation for regulatory compliance thresholds.

• Analyzer accuracy verification via handheld or grab sample comparison.

• Full signal-path verification.

• Stable data trending for a minimum of 24 hours.

• The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days.
