Fit reasons
- NAICS alignment with historical contract wins in similar service areas.
- Scope strongly matches core technical capabilities and delivery model.
Risks
- Past performance thresholds may require one additional teaming partner.
- Potential clarification needed on staffing minimums before bid/no-bid.
Next steps
Validate eligibility requirements, assign capture owner, and schedule partner outreach to confirm teaming strategy before submission planning.
Quick Summary
The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought for the Remote Interceptor Guidance – 360 (RIG-360) Program. This initiative aims to identify potential sources capable of providing RIG-360 prototypes, supporting the finalization of the enduring solution design, and delivering hardware/services for Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) and Full Rate Production (FRP). Responses are due by April 16, 2026.
Scope of Work
The RIG-360 system comprises an integrated assembly (Control Assembly, Array Assembly, support laptop) and an adapted component (Antenna Mast, installation hardware). The U.S. Government seeks support for the enduring solution design, prototype delivery, production and integration of RIG-360 Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) for LRIP/FRP, engineering services (including fixes, obsolescence, test support, system integration), and Contractor Logistics Support. Respondents should include assumptions regarding the Technical Data Package (TDP), which the USG will acquire post-Engineering and Manufacturing Development. Partial solutions for integration activities will be considered.
