Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) Library Program is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice for Remote Video Game Kits. The program requires monthly delivery of video game kits to 20 remote and isolated locations, each containing six new or high-demand video games. This initiative aims to identify established sellers capable of providing a comprehensive solution, including a web-based purchasing system and dedicated customer service. Responses are due June 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM CDT.

Scope of Work

The DAF Library Program seeks vendors to supply:

  • Monthly Video Game Kits: One box kit per month for 20 locations, each containing 6 new or high-demand video games. All 20 locations will receive the same 6 games monthly.
  • Platform Compatibility: Games must be available for Xbox & 1, PlayStation 4/5, and Nintendo Switch.
  • Shipping: Kits must be shipped to remote and isolated locations, including APO addresses (New York, NY or San Francisco, CA), with shipping costs included in Firm-Fixed Price Orders. Kits must be packaged and labeled separately for each location.
  • Content Management: No duplication of titles from previous months. Vendors must provide a pre-release list and a suggested monthly order list.
  • Web-Based System: A commercially available website with an existing multi-tier web-based purchasing system is required, allowing DAF Libraries unique logins to review, select, and submit orders. Vendors must provide test access.
  • Customer Service: A dedicated customer service representative is required.
  • Replacements: Items received in error or unacceptable condition must be replaced at no additional cost.
