Statement of Work (SOW)

To safely remove, handle, transport, and dispose of all outdated or unused COVID-19 sanitation equipment and materials currently stored at the BIA Gamerco Facility, Building 320, in Gamerco, New Mexico.

• Site Assessment: Provide a disposal plan in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, utilizing the provided inventory.

• Removal of Equipment and Materials: Remove, disconnect, or dismantle items including, but not limited to, hand-sanitizer containers, PPE stockpiles, COVID-19 signage, sanitizing wipe dispensers, physical barriers/plexiglass partitions, storage containers, and unused/used chemical disinfectants.

• Handling and Disposal Requirements: Collect, package, and label all waste according to OSHA, EPA, and waste-management guidelines. Dispose of chemical disinfectants as hazardous or regulated waste to a certified company. Recycle materials like metal stands, plastic containers, ethanol-based products, and plexiglass where feasible. Provide documentation or disposal manifests for all waste streams.

• Health & Safety: Follow site safety protocols and OSHA requirements. Use appropriate PPE when handling chemicals or contaminated materials. Ensure sanitation stations with liquids are properly drained and sealed for transport.

• Site Restoration: Leave the site clean and free of debris. Notify the Facility Manager for final inspection upon completion.

• Approximately 42 pallets of various COVID-19 related materials.

• Includes ~14,300 gallons of 70% isopropyl alcohol in poly-totes.
