Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Removal and disposal of 102 sets of existing dormitory furniture and packing waste, adhering to local laws.
- Supply and installation of 102 new sets of dormitory furniture, including specific items such as under-bed storage units, chests, bookcases, nightstands, desks, chairs, slat beds, and fireproof mattresses.
- All work must comply with Technical Specifications 1424 (Attachment 1).
- Installation must be self-supported, without modifications to walls or floors.
- Required materials for new furniture include solid hardwood or veneer (no fiberboard, particleboard, MDF, or plywood) with metal drawer handles, in a Cherry color.
- Delivery and installation are to be completed within 90-120 working days from the award date, with the installation phase itself taking 6 weeks. Removal and installation in each room must occur on the same day.
Contract Details

- Invoicing: Via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. Government Purchase Cards are not allowed.
