Remove/Relocate CNC Milling Machines

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide crane services for the repositioning and relocation of two Haas milling machines within the 172d AW Maintenance workshop.

• Reposition one Haas TM2 Milling Machine from Bldg. 102 to a location outside the building. The machine dimensions are approximately 120"x60"x96" and it weighs 4,000 lbs.

• Reposition one Haas VF4 Milling Machine from outside Bldg. 102 to its final position inside the building. The machine dimensions are approximately 120"x82"x94" and it weighs 14,000 lbs.

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, and materials, except for Government Furnished items specified in Paragraph 3.0.

• Comply with all federal, state, local, and 172nd AW laws and regulations.

• The Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) in Technical Exhibit 1 outlines the performance objective for relocating machines.

• Performance Standard: Placed in final positions as necessary.

• Acceptable Quality Level (AQL): 100%

• Surveillance Method: Visual inspection by COR or KO.

• Period of Performance (PoP): Within 30 days after receipt of award.

• Place of Performance: 172d AW, 141 Military Dr., Jackson, MS 39232.

• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 0800-1700, excluding recognized US holidays and Government facility closures.

• Quality Assurance: Contractor performance will be evaluated per the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Recognized Holidays: Services shall not be performed on specified US holidays.

• Installation Access & Security: Contractor personnel must comply with all installation access, security policies, and procedures, including background checks and personal identity verification. COMSEC/IT security regulations must be followed.

• Special Qualifications: Employees must possess all required licenses for operating equipment. Copies of certifications/licenses must be provided. The Government does not provide training.

• Combating Trafficking in Persons: Zero tolerance policy applies.

• Government Furnished Items: The Government will provide workspace. All other necessary items are contractor furnished.

Wage Determination
