NASA/NSSC has a requirement to renew Femap Maintenance. This is a sole source intent to contract with PAYDARFAR INDUSTRIES, INC. under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), as they are determined to be the sole provider. The procurement will be conducted by NASA/NSSC, with performance at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The government intends to acquire commercial items and services per FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To renew software license maintenance for femap.
