This solicitation is for the renewal of restrooms at Fort Point, Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The National Park Service (NPS) intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

• Estimated Value: Between $25,000 and $100,000.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. These factors include:

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only small business concerns will be considered.

• A bid bond is not required. However, a payment bond is required for awards over $35,000, and both payment and performance bonds are required for awards over $150,000.
• Liability insurance is required prior to work commencement.
• Davis-Bacon Wage Rates apply.
• Contractors must be licensed in the State of California with a "B" General Building Contractor license.
