Amendment / Modification

• Asbestos Inspection: 30 bulk samples were collected from 10 homogeneous areas of suspect ACM. Laboratory analysis indicated that asbestos was not identified in any of the collected samples.
• Lead-Containing Paint: 4 representative paint chip samples were collected from various surfaces. Analysis indicated that lead was not identified above the limit of detection for the analytical method performed.
