Purpose & Scope

- Field #4 (Softball Field): Outfield turf renovation (core aeration, topdressing, leveling, seeding with Athletic Perennial Rye blend) and infield performance tasks (vegetation removal, new infield mix installation (60% sand, 40% silt/clay, 4" depth), vitrified clay aggregate conditioner, laser grading, and resetting equipment to ASA Softball Regulations).
- Field #1 (Multi-Purpose Field): Infield renovation involving tilling, furnishing and installing a sand/soil compost mix, blending, compacting, laser grading, soil testing, and seeding with an Athletic Perennial Rye blend. All work is to be completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
