Scope of Work

NASA GRC requires a rental mobile boiler system, including:

  • Mobile Boiler: One unit, minimum 550 psig saturated steam pressure, minimum 75,000 PPH steam flow, natural gas fuel, Low NOx (<42 ppm) emissions, complete local and remote controls, full valving.
  • Mobile Deaerator: One unit, minimum 165,000 PPH output capacity, complete local control required, remote operation desirable.
  • Feedwater Pumps: One or more units, sufficient capacity for boiler operation, complete local and remote controls.
  • Water Softener: One unit, sufficient capacity, complete local control required, remote operation desirable, with chemicals provided for the full rental period.

Shipping and startup services are required for all major components. The rental period is intended to be a Base plus four Option years, with an expected start date around June 1, 2026.
