Rental of Bleachers and Outdoor Misting Fans for INR 250

• Eight (8) Outdoor Misting Cooling Fans. Fans must support 100 ft extension cords, allow for tie-down, and operate on standard 110V commercial lines (1 amp each).

• Submission: Quotes must be submitted to Shaina Sollenberger via email at shaina.m.sollenberger.civ@us.navy.mil.
• Format: Quotes must be in Adobe Acrobat PDF, Microsoft Office Word, or Excel format.
• Evaluation: Award will be based on price, unless the quote is technically unacceptable or past performance concerns exist. The Government may evaluate any information submitted to support price reasonableness.

Additional Notes

• Vendors must submit a completed SECNAV 5512/1 and PSC spreadsheet for background vetting to gain access for installation.
• Permitted working hours for delivery are 0700-2200, Monday - Sunday.
