The requirement involves leasing and providing a comprehensive temporary environmental control system, including:

  • Industrial Exhaust Blowers
  • Desiccant Climate Controlled Units (DCCU): 15,000 CFM
  • Electric Fan Coil Units: 150 KW
  • Remote Emergency Stop Switches
  • Chillers: 200/230 Ton
  • Chilled Water Pumps: 600 GPM
  • Associated components: Hoses, fittings, valves, and manifolds.

Performance & Special Requirements

Equipment must be capable of continuous, year-round outdoor operation, meet specific noise level limits (<= 85 dB[A]), and adhere to detailed performance criteria for airflow, cooling, heating, and moisture removal. All equipment must be Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) listed and labeled, pre-wired with Emergency Remote Stops (E-Stops), integrated within a single housing, and use Camlok Style electrical connections. The contractor will be responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, and providing training to Shipyard personnel. Security requirements for base access apply.
