Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide and deliver portable toilets, handwashing stations, and restroom trailer pumping service to designated sites within Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Range Facilities, ensuring proper installation and setup for safe and efficient operation.

• Provide and maintain portable sanitation units ("Port O Johns") and portable hand wash stations.

• Units must be durable, weather-resistant, and equipped with necessary consumables (toilet paper, hand sanitizer, soap, paper towels).

• Regular servicing (minimum twice per week) includes waste removal, cleaning, and replenishment of supplies.

• Dispose of all waste off-base in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Pumping of one USCG owned restroom trailer twice per month.

• Units must be maintained in a clean, sanitary, and fully operational condition.

• Emergency services must be provided within 24 hours of notification.

• Proactive maintenance checks are required.

• Waste disposal must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Place of Performance: Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.

• Period of Performance: One-year base period (April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027) with four one-year option periods.

• Normal working hours for service: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays.
