- Surface Treatment: Apply a spray-applied emulsified asphalt surface treatment (GSB-88 or similar) to 88,000 square yards of airfield asphalt pavements on the lower ramp.
All work must be performed by technicians with a minimum of 5 years’ experience on airfield asphalt pavements and certified as required in UFGS 32-12-15.13.
