• Installation Security: Compliance with installation access procedures, personal identity verification, and security policies is mandatory.

• Safety: Adherence to the Contractor's Safety Plan, OSHA standards, and EM 385-1-1 is required. This includes providing safety equipment and conducting safety meetings.

• Environmental Protection: Compliance with environmental laws, pollution control, waste management, and recycling is required. An Environmental Plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) are necessary.

• Quality Control: Implementation of a Quality Control Program, including a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and a Quality Control Representative (QCR), is mandatory.
