Scope of Work

Additionally, the contract will cover up to two (2) emergency service calls per year for troubleshooting and repair. The maintenance is crucial to prevent electrical arcing and other physical damage, ensuring personnel safety and equipment functionality. Replacement parts are not covered by this contract.

Special Requirements
- The contractor must be an authorized service provider/technician certified by COMET Technologies USA, Inc. (the OEM) to work on the specified x-ray equipment and must provide proof of training/certification.
- Personnel must have a thorough knowledge of COMET industrial x-ray equipment and maintenance requirements.
- Contractor personnel must obtain an appropriate DBIDS badge.
- Lockout/tag out procedures must be coordinated with the TRIREFFAC POC and comply with 29 CFR 1915.89.
- A contract manager responsible for performance and daily operations must be provided.
- Contractors must identify themselves as such to avoid creating an impression of being Government officials.
