  • Contractor personnel must obtain an appropriate DBIDS badge.
  • Lockout/tag out procedures must be coordinated with the TRIREFFAC POC and comply with 29 CFR 1915.89.
  • A contract manager responsible for performance and daily operations must be provided.
  • Contractors must identify themselves as such to avoid creating an impression of being Government officials.
