The antennas are unique to a specific aircraft, and their installation, operation, or servicing must comply with the Aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements and/or the USCG's authorized engineering authority. Chelton, INC. (Cage code: 63563) owns all rights to the technical data, specifications, and drawings required for repair/overhaul. The Government does not own the rights to this technical data from sources other than the OEM or an OEM-approved source, and it has been determined to be uneconomical to purchase these rights. Chelton Limited (Cage code: U1907) is identified as the authorized OEM repair facility.

The Contracting Officer will determine fair and reasonable pricing using one or more of the following methods: Market Research, Comparison of Proposed Price with Prices Found Reasonable on Previous Purchases, Current Price List, Comparison with Similar Items in a Related Industry, Comparison to IGCE, Contracting Officer's Personal Knowledge, or Other (to be explained).
