• A pre-quote conference and site visit are scheduled for May 12, 2026.

• Suppliers must register for the conference and site visit by emailing specific information to SMSgt Kate Fox by May 8, 2026.

• All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Office by 1500 CDT three (3) workdays prior to closing.

• The acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• Size Standard: USD 45,000,000.00

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This SOW details the government's requirement for modifications and repairs to the entrance of Building B424 at 115th FW, Truax Field, Madison, Wisconsin.

The work includes, but is not limited to:

• Minor demolition of concrete, earthen material, carpet, and metal drip flashing.

• Furnishing and installing new materials including a concrete substrate vestibule floor, embedded aluminum walk-off mat with carpet strips, and terrazzo floor covering with cove baseboard.

• Constructing smooth, flat transitions at doorways.

• Placing new clean compacted base and concrete, including a new catch basin with grate.

• Furnishing and installing new welded aluminum gutter, downspout, and heat tape.

• Setting field stones, placing topsoil, and planting new groundcover.

• Furnishing a building envelope analysis.

• Protecting adjacent site areas, amenities, and building surfaces from dust, debris, and damage.

• Managing construction waste and recycling, with reporting requirements.

• All work must be coordinated with the Government representative.

• Work may be interrupted for government operations.

• Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Contractor shall ensure continuous progress and minimize impact on daily operations.

• Product data sheets must be submitted for government approval prior to starting work.

• Contractor shall comply with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.

• Antiterrorism Awareness Level I Training is required for contractor employees with access to US Government installations.

• OPSEC training is required for contract employees.

• Project location: Building B424, 115th FW, Truax Field, Madison, Wisconsin.

• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Contractor is restricted from free movement throughout the interior and exterior of the building and must keep employees and operations within designated areas.

• A staging area will be designated for contractor use.

• All removed materials not reused or salvaged must be accounted for by weight or volume and disposition.

• Contractor must provide temporary toilets, as bathroom facilities are not available.

• Contractor is responsible for all damages caused by their operations.

• Contractor must provide a written warranty for one year from final acceptance.

• Contractor must provide maintenance and repair instructions upon completion.

• Hazardous material usage requires establishment of a system and registration with the appropriate entity.

• Pollution abatement measures must be followed.

• Contractor and personnel must comply with all relevant regulations and security procedures.
