Key Requirements & Submission

- Base Access: As of May 7, 2025, all personnel require a Valid State Enhanced or Real ID, or a Valid United States Passport for entry.
- Submission: Electronic bids will NOT be accepted. Proposals must be submitted via mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) or hand-delivered. Bids must include a Bid Bond (SF Form 24) and completed Section K - Annual Representations & Certifications.
- Registration: Contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov and WAWF-RA (Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance) to be eligible for award.
