Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for the complete resurfacing of the basketball court at the Westover Fitness Center, B1700, located at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, Massachusetts.
