Purpose & Scope

The primary objective is to repair and renovate Building HP135, a 3-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters with 90 living spaces, to meet USMC Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Campaign Plan standards. The project encompasses comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades, replacement of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and enhancements to meet Antiterrorism Standards. It also includes the construction of a new mechanical building and chiller yard, along with the demolition of the existing mechanical building HP136.

Key Requirements / Deliverables

  • Building HP135 Renovations: Complete interior renovations, including updated finishes, new kitchenettes, and upgraded systems (lighting, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, sprinkler). Exterior improvements include replacement of windows, doors, stairs, walkways, roofing, gutters, downspouts, and sidewalks, along with pressure washing and painting.
  • New Construction: A new 196 sq ft mechanical building with a 750 sq ft chiller yard and a new trash dumpster enclosure.
  • Demolition: Existing mechanical building HP136 and certain exterior elements.
  • Site Work: Sidewalk repairs, grading for stormwater runoff, parking area resurfacing, and landscaping.
