Scope of Work
This requirement involves the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair and calibration of eleven (11) specific Keysight N8487ACFT Power Sensors. The units currently have damaged parts and fail test points. Key deliverables include:
- Repair and calibration of specified Keysight N8487ACFT Power Sensors.
- A minimum 90-day manufacturer warranty with a warranty certificate.
- A Calibration Certificate and calibration sticker for each unit upon completion.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
- Period of Performance: Delivery is required no later than six (6) weeks after the date of contract award. Early delivery is authorized.
- FOB: Destination, Patuxent River, MD.
- Set-Aside: This requirement is not set aside for small businesses; it is issued under full and open competition, despite the initial sole source intent.
Submission & Evaluation
- Submission Deadline: Quotes must be submitted via email to JaNae Lester by Monday, February 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
- Submission Requirements: Include FOB, Shipping Cost, Dun & Bradstreet #, CAGE Code, Small Business status (Yes/No), Estimated Delivery Date, and a copy of any applicable pricelist.
- Evaluation: The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to Keysight Technologies but will consider other offers if capabilities and quotes are submitted by the deadline. The initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
- Invoicing: Payments will be processed electronically through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
Additional Notes
Vendors must mark packages containing electronic equipment with a "DO NOT SCAN" sticker. Receiving hours at the Patuxent River facility are Monday through Friday, 0630-1500 EST.
